After searching online for a replacement car, we stumbled on the *** Car Finder website and found what seemed to be the perfect car. Because it was such a long distance away from our home, we rang in advance to arrange to view the car. On the day we travelled to see the car, we were delayed due to an accident on the motorway, so the journey took us over 3 hours. When we arrived, the car had been pulled out, so we could inspect it. We were immediately offered a warm drink, which was really welcome after our journey. We were not pressured in any way and even looked at some other cars in the showroom. Finally, we decided on our original choice and we were offered a fair price for our part exchange. At the time of completing the sale, we opted to have an android entertainment system fitted. Not only was this done but, *** Car Finder even offered to deliver the vehicle to our address, to prevent another long journey for us. The car arrived on the day promised and even on the exact time that had been agreed. Unfortunately, a few days after getting the car, the android system developed a fault. I rang to speak about this and was immediately offered a higher specification replacement. On the agreed day, I took the car back and the replacement system was fitted while I waited. The new system is working fantastically and everyone involved couldn't have been more helpful or, done more to rectify the problem. The next time we want to buy another car, *** Car Finder is the ONLY place we will use from now on. I was looking for a family car for a while. Came across the JCF website. Made enquiries about a few cars. They were very helpful and answered all questions. In three words at 62 years old and driving for 45 years your simply the best JCF. I’ve never ever experienced a car salesman like Kashif in all of my life. If you are looking for an MPV, look no further than JAPCARFINDER. What attracted me to travel from Hull to Bradford was all of the reviews I had read and god I was not disappointed. From the minute I arrived, Kashif and his team made me feel so comfortable at the showroom. I had a specific vehicle in mind which had a couple of cosmetic issues and also requiring an English sat nav/ sound system and was assured they would be rectified before my sale was completed. Absolutely to his word, after a slight delay with the delivery and installation of the sat nav system Kashif rang me to arrange the delivery to my home in Hull free of charge. Had my Honda Stepwagn one week and due to a family funeral I’ve travelled to Wakes and back twice this week, what a dream to drive I’m so thrilled with my purchase. 1. Initial communication with JCF and told them what I wanted, mileage and condition . Then got biweekly emails of vehicles available in Japan - condition mileage, colour and pictures - so was able to select. 2. After about 3 weeks the right vehicle came along and I gave instructions on purchase etc. 3. Vehicle was purchased. Deposit paid and the car was promptly shipped from Japan 4. Photos of vehicle taken before and after shipping. 5. All the paper work done, MOT, undersealed, kms converted to miles etc. 6. JCF collected me from Bradford station. 7. Delighted with vehicle - which was low mileage in pristine condition - like new. 8. Excellent service and looked after at every stage. 8a. Also found that I could always get in touch with JCF 9. Nissan ELGRAND XL E51 3.5L V6 240BHP 4WD
A very friendly family firm.. They let you alone to browse, but are always on hand for any questions that you may have..

After looking for a 1.4 Petrol Alhambra/Sharan for a while, I had reservations about buying an import but, after a few emails that helped ease concerns, made a 180 mile trip to view. The car was in good condition and no pushy sales. We took it for a test drive, decided to buy, got a reasonable p/x. We've had the car for 2 months. It's in very good condition for 7 years old with much better spec than a similar Petrol Sharan in the UK. It originally had a Japanese SatNav, but JCF fitted a UK one they bought off ebay. There were problems with it from the start but more important, after taking the car to VW because the battery was dead, VW said it was caused by a drain from the poor quality head unit, or possibly because it wasn't wired correctly with the japanese wiring from the previous SatNav. Cost £300 to have the battery drain diagnosed. I was pleased with the experience of buying from JCF and would be comfortable buying a car from them again, but I'd sort out my own UK radio/SatNav!

I wanted another Nissan Elgrand that was exactly the same as my first one that sadly was written off in an accident. I hunted for ages to find the same one and kash at his garage had the perfect one. As i live in Scotland i couldn't get all the way to Bradford to view it so it was bought on complete trust. Kash offered to drive the car half way so I took the train to Newcastle and met two gorgeous guys in the car park of the train station who showed me around the car and then i literally paid the balance of the purchase by card on their machine and drove back to Scotland. It was nerve wracking but honestly the car is perfect even though it is 16 years old, the after sales service has also been superb as there was a tiny problem with no light bulbs being in some interior lights for some reason and kash immediately got it fixed at his expense. Brilliant company, Brilliant service and 1000% trustworthy. Thanks so much i love my Elgrand.

i Was in the market for a biggish MPV/SUV style motor and after being priced out of the general VWs, Mercs and Fords my attention turned to the Japanese market. It was then all about sourcing the right vehicle and also right place too purchase from. Being an avid user of reviews for potential purchases Im thankful I came across JAP CAR FINDER. Lets just say the reviews speak for themselves . We have bought many vehicles over the years although have never bought an imported vehicle mainly because of things we have read but can honestly say using JCF we need not have worried. From day one there was no pressure they answered every question and there were plenty of those quickly and in detail. The vehicle was still in Japan when we placed the deposit so we did not see it until we collected it and it was exactly as described. They dealt with everything from fitting the extras we wanted to sorting out the registration and they even at the last minute offered us an excellent px price to make the process even easier. Full marks to Jap Car Finder as we have found them very courteous, polite and helpful when we got in touch with them about a car they was selling and took the decision to travel up from the West Midlands to there showroom (Which is in an old mill) to see the car. I was surprised on how good the condition was considering the age of the car and didn`t hesitate to buy it. As the car was imported from Japan it had to be registered in this country and they arranged for this to be done which took about three weeks. This is a company I will look to again when it comes buying another car.

Great quality cars, no doubt, and they show them as they come out of the ship, so guess once they have jazz them up! Really good. I asked them to reserve two cars for me instead on one for the same deposit, so they friendly did; they actively look for the way to please me in small details, honestly explained what they new about the cars, they didn't hide small defects. And when unfortunately I couldn't close the purchase for unforeseen reasons, they where absolutely fine and reimbursed the deposit with no delay. I hope in the future my situation allows me to resume the car purchase and they will be first in the list. Really good trust feeling and friendly nice people. Count on them.

I purchased a car from JCF without visiting them or viewing the car as I live in Cornwall. 'K' was extremely helpful and talked me through the vehicle, discussing each available internet photograph in detail . I found him open and honest to deal with which was of real benefit as this purchase was a leap of faith on my part. He also delivered it to Cornwall for me! Kashif and his team are very helpful and honest, answering any questions I had quickly & providing Chassis number for car vx report for peace of mind. Due to the distance involved (200+ miles) I was unable to view the car prior to buying and was also part ex-ing. They registered and sorted out the tax, provided MOT and undercoat service, delivered the car and picked up mine. Overall the car is in good condition considering it's a 2003 model and high spec - I've had it for a few days now and no hidden issues found! The only criticism I could make would be on the quality of valeting. Possibly I was unfortunate in this case as I'm unsure whether this is part of the service or not? I would definitely buy another import from them and happily recommend to anyone considering using them to buy or import a car.

Saw a great Elgrand on their website and from initial query to going to see it they have been incredibly helpful. They kept me up to date with what was happening with it and when I travelled to see the car they made me feel welcome and even made me a cup of coffee. Had the right balance of giving me space to view the car whilst also answering my numerous queries and I ended up staying over three hours going through things - I traded in my old car which I also feel they offered a fair price for. They again kept me up to date whilst preparing the car to be collected and when I went to pick it up ensured I was happy with everything before I left. Their after sales support has also been brilliant (even texting to see if my kids liked the car!). I would happily recommend them to others and if you are thinking of owning an Elgrand you should - they are brilliant!

After seeing a fresh import that i liked on JCF website and living 200 miles away and wanting to trade my old car in you can imagine the complications. However the JCF team made everything so easy with seeing the car video via there YouTube link and been given reassurance that the car was A1 witch it is I can say now I have it, they even delivered the car on Sunday there day off because it helped me out. Right from my first phone call in to the office to inquire about the vehicle, to the call I received whilst I was driving the new purchase home to see if everything was OK, the service was exemplary . The Nissan Elgrand is in spotless condition and the transaction has been a pleasure. Not many places left that get it so right . Thank you and congratulations for the treatment. I travelled 470 miles across the country to pick the van up and do not regret a mile of it !

They still exist: genuine car dealers! Very few yes, but over at Jap Car Finder you have one. From beginning to end - honest, helpful and never pushy. Bought a nice clean Nissan Serena at a good price and they were very assisting in getting it a 100% for me. They seem to have a nice wide range of vehicles with various specs. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an import or MPV to visit JCF.

Jap Car Finder has an excellent stock of vehicles. The car I chose had extremely low mileage and was in almost new condition. I was offered a fair price for my vehicle as part exchange thus making the purchase an easy transaction. They delivered the car I was purchasing to my work place at my convenience. Fantastic experience importing and buying our Toyota Alphard from JCF. They helped us to find a car that met our spec and made the whole process really simple, sorting out all the paperwork and answering all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Just got our Nissan Elgrand of JCF. Excellent service from start to finish of the sale. No problem is to big or small and any questions are always answered. Always at the end of the phone!!! There was no pressure to buy, just left to browse over the stock and if you needed help you just have to ask! The quality of the vehicles are excellent and the unit they are in keeps them out the weather, not like other places I've visited. Only negative i have is that i hadn't got enough cash as i would have purchased a lot more!!!

Great transaction! Right through from importing, registering the vehicle and PX. JCF kept me informed through the whole process. Very happy with my new Japanese imported Impreza which was in Immaculate condition and goes like stink.

Initially viewed the car on autotrader, quick call with owner in the morning and viewed the car same day. Owner completely understood why I was looking to buy large MPV and helped on the car choice. I wanted to write this Honest Review about my experience and the vehicles at Jap Car Finder in Bradford.
I went there after looking all over on Gumtree, Facebook, EBay and Autotrader
Finally after a lot of research about looking for a Good Japanese Import Nissan Elgrand so it could act as a Mobile Studio Space and would look cool.
I found Jap Car Finder in Autotrader and noticed it was 12 miles away so visited and no hassle very friendly staff no hard sell
Family run business with great manners and very considerate towards people.
Had a few visits back and after looking at all the vehicles which were in great condition saw the one which was meant for me🇯🇵✌️ 2001 27k miles and absolutely mint underneath and in the engine bay, apparently in Japan they don’t use salt so the condition is awesome. Check underneath and see what I mean.

Put a deposit on the one below and have to say the whole experience was awesome thanks so much to Ali and family and staff you are all fantastic
